Studies claim that babies who are introduced to water at an early age are happier, healthier, more alert with better eating and sleeping habits. There is a definite heightening of their senses. We like to reinforce this in a positive and pleasurable manner through techniques that we use.

All babies are born with a natural ’gag’ and ’mammalian dive ’ reflex. With simple progressive techniques this means that babies can happily hold
their breath underwater. Submersion will help develop babies natural ability to swim independently and experience the real pleasures of water.
